Returns & Exchanges

At Urban Monkey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the product is packed in its original packaging with all labels attached; our courier partner will conduct a brief on-spot inspection during pickup.

• 3.
  Package Pickup

  Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
