How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, domestic delivery takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-15 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking link and your unique AWB number to monitor your package in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
Are your products limited edition?
Yes, many of our collections are limited-run drops. Once a specific design or collaboration is sold out, we rarely restock it to maintain exclusivity for our community.
